to offer you the best possible outcomes for managing symptoms.

I work in a partnership with my clients; both giving and expecting in return feedback.  A collaborative approach is the best way to create an effective treatment plan to meet specific needs. 

I want you to feel heard and understood through compassionate, engaging interaction.  And also expect a bit of humor as well, as there really is no better way to diffuse anxiety and fear than a big belly laugh.

Therapy with Me

What you can expect out of therapy with me, is to have a better understanding of your symptoms and learn how to identify and disengage from unhelpful thought patterns.  

Learn how being present, in the moment, and aware of distressful thoughts/emotions/behaviors can lead to experiencing a more peaceful life.  


When you change your relationship with anxiety, you can change your life.

Video Sessions

Proximity to a specialist shouldn't be a barrier to therapy.  Using a secured video platform, the same level of service as in-person treatment available to those too far to travel into the office.

Groups

Get support and perspective from peers struggling with similar concerns.  

OCD Therapeutic Support Group - Group meets every other Thursday from 5:30 - 7:00 PM.
